ReptiTrack can be used entirely offline without creating an account. In this mode, no personal data is collected or transmitted, and all information remains stored locally on your device.

If you choose to create an optional account to enable cloud sync features, we collect:

• Email address (for account creation and login)

• Authentication information (securely handled by Supabase Auth)

• Your synced app data (such as reptiles, groups, logs, and settings)

This information is stored securely on our backend provider, Supabase, which acts solely as a data processor on our behalf.

How We Use Your Information

Cloud‑synced data is used only to:

• Provide account access

• Sync your data across devices

• Backup your information securely

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or analytics.

Third‑Party Services

We use Supabase to provide secure authentication and cloud data storage. Supabase does not use your data for any purpose other than providing these services to us.

ReptiTrack does not use third‑party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.

Account Deletion

If you have created an account and wish to delete it along with all associated data, you may request deletion at any time.
